Perfect. This is one of the most perfect dining experiences my wife and i have had the privilege of experiencing. There are multiple small rooms so you have only a couple of other tables in your room. Once seated you are aware offered water and drink and the biggest most extensive wine list i have ever seen. They offered assistance with the list but it was will presented and easy to navigate. Because we were dining over the busy Australian day weekend there was only on offer a set chef's menu. We were aware of this when booking but it was a perfect offering. So, the place, the food, the wine was perfect, but i could write a book to try and explain how attentive, knowledgeable and engaging the wait staff were. At the conclusion of the meal we asked to see the wine cellar, so we were welcomed out and were able to see all the other small rooms and enjoy looking at a range of local and international wines dating from 1937 (there may have been older) and looking well cared for. We came to Fernment Asian on a recommendation and i can not wait to be the one to recommend this restaurant to me friends. If you are reading this review i hope that you decide to go and know you will have an amazing experience.
This is an experience. It sets the bar a little higher. Not enough words to explain how wonderful the food, service, the wine list, the venue. Don't miss the opportunity to dine here. An amazing array of wines. Check out the images from cellar, some of the wines 60 years and beyond in age. The staff, each and every one of so delightful, knowledgeable. Book in advance, hate for you to miss out!

Amazing food and wine. A wonderful experience. Try not to get a table in the middle room as there is a lot of through traffic from the kitchen.
Very impressive chefs menu and wine pairing. The head chef is unbelievably humble and took the time to show me around the kitchen. Very family oriented behind the scenes. The food was well worth the price. I'll definitely be back. Clive Owen done a great job with the wine pairing. Can't recommend this place enough.
